HEATER CORES

HEATER CORES

The heater is a vital component of the vehicle's climate control system, which is used to generate warm air within the vehicle's cabin. After absorbing heat from the engine, the coolant flows through the heater core, where it transfers heat to the air blown thru by the blower motor into the cabin.

REACH Heater Cores are designed and developed according to OEM standards. They feature various construction types including full aluminum, plastic aluminum, and expanded tube types, with fin heights available in wave 4, wave 5, and wave 8. With over 1,200 sku's, REACH covers more than 85% of passenger car models on the market today.

High-Quality Construction

Composite layer aluminum material is lightweight yet extremely strong. Tubes are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum with precision welding, preventing coolant leaks and extending the service life of the core.

Outstanding Heat Transfer

High-efficiency tube and fin designs maximize the heat exchange between the engine coolant and cabin air.

OE Fit and Function

Designed to fit seamlessly within the vehicle's HVAC system while maintaining optimal airflow for effective cabin heating.

Multi-Pass Flow Design

Enhances heat dissipation by allowing coolant to circulate through multiple pathways, improving heating efficiency.
